Hello all,
My name is John and I am living in Amsterdam (The Netherlands). I work as a technical consultant for Componence, which is specialized in Java Enterprise Portals. As consultant I often work at the client where I analyse the technical issues and advise on appropriate solutions. Since the solutions are built by Componence, an important part of my work is to design a software solution that is matching with the wishes of the client. This includes the complete cycle of build, test, deployment and documentation since as we all know a solution is not only writing code.
Componence is working with offshoring and nearshoring teams to build the solution. During the startup phase of a project, my task is to make sure the teams are understanding the solution and can do the implementation. We work closely together with Ukraine and India. Hopefully in the future, we will be able to have a team in China (since I am chinese
